Jobs per party key. “Clit Door Take Wages” the system has been functioning for years in the government and state administration. Sixty civil servants are currently sitting in the government and doing nothing and the salary arrives on a regular basis. Out of 1,700 employees in the Secretariat for the Implementation of the Framework Agreement, 1,600 are not deployed in jobs and are waiting for their wages at home.
