Who and how they went bankrupt by some of the municipalities – What were the money spent at the local level – part of the municipal bills under a blockade … Is the new 120 million euro loan just an acute solution to a chronic problem? When will the municipalities pay their debts to the companies? Will there be any responsibility for the townspeople who unwittingly spend the money of the citizens?
